How this happened was VP had a pipe that cracked and we needed to find a way to seal it and clean it up. After trying to figure out what we should do we finally agreed on wielding the crack. After that we had to figure out to clean the ocean and beaches. People have tried to vacuum it but it did not work. So they tried a special type of net. People involved include SOS TAS AFC MBNEP. For that most part we fixed it.
