Disaster in Japan

There was a devastating earthquake and tsunami struck in march and who is involved is Sanda Endo. 2000 people died in this devastating earthquake and tsunami.
After saturday morning a earthquake and a tsunami struck in deadly. The tsunami and the earthquake was the strongest and deadly thing they there had.
About 200 to 300 people where found by the waterline. Thousands of homes where destroyed. Many roads where impassable. Buses where not running.
JR said that the trains where missing.devastating tsunami that sent walls of water washing over coastal cities. Many people where missing .
Everything was off like the power and phones. Japan was the the closest major city to the epicenter.

surviving on food stamps

The Chinese are buying dogs,having them guard there home and then slaughtered, When Shenzhen housewife Zhang Lin was growing up in rural Guangdong province, her family kept guard dogs, some of which were slaughtered for meat during the Lunar New Year. Oil spill in Mexico

There was a oil leak in Mexico in April 2010. It is effecting anybody near and on the beach. What happened was that one of the ships pipes broke witch caused the oil leak. Hi my name is Angel Aldaco on August 29 2011 hurricane Irene occur on the east coast. Many belonging have been lost in hurricane Irene that were very important to many people. Now the Red cross is involved with the east coast helping them for shelter,clothing, care and love. We the people of the United States of America could help the east coast by raising money,clothing and food for the people of the east coast. Hurricane Irene was the first hurricane to hit Jersey shore since 1903! There were very high winds 120 mph, the damage of hurricane Irene was 10.1 billion. The after math of Joplin MO.

On May 22, 2011 at 5:40 pm a very large tornado ravaged through Joplin, Missouri completely demolishing 6 miles of the town and slinging shrapnel a mile away from the town. Famine in East Africa

In East Africa there's a scarce of food, water, and shelters.

This is taking place in the following affected places: Southern Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Djibouti. 

The people involved in this life threatening event are Children, Women, Men and families.

The problem is that there is no food, water, and shelters' for many families, and women/men. Also nearly half a million children are at risk of dying from malnutrition and disease.

(Malnutrition means: Inadequate or unbalanced nutrition.) 

This is currently happening in 2011. "The Famine In East Africa" is happening now. It's not really much of a surprise or a shock because as we all know Africa remains the world's poorest continent

and it is filled up with thousands' of people starving to death and most of it is children. But theres the other side of the story that little innocent kid's are suffering and dying many mothers have to

watch their own kid's die. How would you feel if you were a parent, and you had to watch your child starve to death?

But all bad stories have a resolution people around the world are taking action (or helping) by raising money and another thing that we are capable of doing is donating

1.Clothes 

2.Blankets

3.Shoes

and resources that a human would need to survive.

Hope is still out there! Organizations' are helping by raising money to provide them with medical treatment,and getting clean water to remote communities in Kenya,Somalia, and Ethiopia

Organizations' helping: UNICEF,The United Nations World Food Pragramme, AmeriCares, The UNHCR,and The Red Cross. These organizations' are basically collecting money to treat and feed these people.

Imagine you being in this same situation? How would you feel? Imagine going days' without water, food, a home, and no hope?

New hope for a great species

  The problem for the grand cayman iguana is after animals and humans got introduced there was a big drop in the grand cayman iguana species so the wildlife conservation team acted immediately to help save this animal by capturing all 25 individual iguanas and breeding them to increase the species to 500 and now all of the iguanas are in a sanctuary. but before they left they all got health screenings

  Hurricane Irene is a very resent event that took place on the east coast and in the Caribbean. this is kind of something that happens every year because this is an act of nature. I really wont to do any thing that I can do  to help. I have family that lives in Pennsylvania, and New York and those where two out of the many that where affected. The damages are very bad, in some places worse than others. There is this one organization that is helping fix the damages from the after math of hurricane Irene it is called the red cross they are gaining money to help all of the places that need it. There are lots of other things that you can do besides give money for example you can donate your time you can donate food for the people that don't have it. If every one helps then every thing can be fixed asap then we can move on and so can they too. BRYON NICHOLS A STRONG SOLDIER

This is what happened to bryan Nichols a terrible thing in Afghanistan a helicopter crash August 9 2011 pilot  Bryon nichols died as a helicopter chief warrent officer/pilot. This story all began when Bryan headed out on a mission to Afghanistan Jessica Nichols and Braydon Nichols said goodbye and good luck a few days in bryons mission Jessica got a call from a from Bryans wife mary heard that bryan died in a helicopter accident. Jessica could not belive what she was hearing that her ex-husband had died in a helicopter accident in Afghanistan she had no idea how Braydon was react to this.The boy was really looking forward to going camping with his father now that his mission was almost over Jessica said to herself " I went to my room and tried to figure out what was going on"Then she told Braydon he was very sad and crying Braydon soon went on the computer and put out an Ireport to CNN news and soon later had a news report on Bryan his dad had died in a helicopter accident. Soon later Jessicas brother came to support for Braydons sake and for his sister soon after the accident in Afghanistan CNN soon put the Ireport for Bryan Nichols A STRONG SOLDIER and great dad.

War's forgotten: Tripoli Zoo animals suffer, lacking food, water

     In Tripoli, Libya on Tuesday, Nick Robertson found an abounded zoo. When the owners shooed up their excuse was why the animals were is such bad shape was because of the war, but when they started feeding the animals again, they only got half the food that they needed.

     Robertson discovered an eagle at first , he also herd a tiffing sound. A week roar.The big cat's roar told a different story, and Robertson followed the sound in the distance to find enclosures holding a tiger, lions, giant tortoises, hippos, hyenas, bears, monkeys, deer, emus and more! Robertson found tigers that's loss skin touch the ground as they walked. 

   many people agree that the zoo should no longer have custody of the animals. The government should take the animals to a animal sheller will nears the animals back to health so they can be realest back in to the wild.

Hurricane Irene took place for all the people in the East Coast and residents are still dealing with the after math of the Hurricane Irene. Florida, New England, Vermont, New Jersey, and Upstate New York had the worst flooding. Power rand out from North Carolina all the way to Maine lost power. Hurricane Irene struck many states then left damage for people to clean up. Hurricane Irene had happened to the first state on the end of August. Its just a natural disaster and no one can help it. Its just a fact of matter. The hurricane stopped already. There is something that can be done to help the survivors of Hurricane Irene you can go to the CNN website and go to the blog post about the hurricane and at the bottom it says that The Red Cross is helping and click on make a donation. The Red Cross organization is helping by traveling to the different states that were struck by the massive storm.   On March 11, 2011, Japan had the worst luck. Japan had a earthquake, Tsunami,  and a Nuclear Crisis. About 190 people have been exposed to the nuclear power plant and 22 said to have suffered contamination.  There are lots of organizations that are helping Japan such as, red cross and salvation army etc. About 10,000 died in this 8.9 earthquake. Many have lost their home family and friends. This Earthquake now ranks as the fifth most powerful earthquake since 1900. The earthquake was so big it caused a devastating tsunami which cased the nuclear power plant to go wrong. Even though Japans crisis happened on March 11, 2011 this can still be a good time to donate and pray for Japan.

Tornado hits Joplin

A tornado hit and destroyed the school Missouri people of Joplin and there homes and schools were destroyed.  A new school can be build. People that are helping is college Heights Christian Church, campus sits directly opposite MSSU on East Newman Road. what we can do is  give money. What we should do is send money to them.  We also can send them extra supplies so they can build extra houses.

The United Nations World Food Program and the Red Cross is helping by giving food and water. 2,000,000 residences in Tripoli faced increasingly dire shortages of food and water. People in the European Union said that Gadhafi forces closed the water pumping stations in Jebel Hassouna. People can help by sending food to the United Nations World Food Program and this is current.

GADAFI   PRESIDENT OF LIBYA AND THE FORMER NANNY GOT BY GADAFI AND HE POURED BOILING HOT WATER ON HER.That's how  SHE GOT LIKE THAT. THE WAY Red Cross HELPED HER WAS THAT THEY WERE PUTTING BANDAGES ON HER FACE and gave her medical care. This happened a month ago. The reason why she got pored on by boiling hot water is because she did not want to make Gadafis kid something to eat and made her cry.

On August 21st 2011 Hurricane Irene hit the east coast. It was a category 3 hurricane when it passed throw the Bahamas. Hurricane Irene hit New York City at approximately 9:00 am. The flooding has caused server damage it could cost up to $10 to $15 million to fix and repair the damage. It happened because it was atlantic hurricane sesion. Skateistan started in 2007 by two Australlian skate boarders in Kabul, Afghanistan. Skateistan is a skate park. Kids learn how to skate and how to make art.   In Famine in East Africa they are facing a hunger crisis there in a disparate need of help. Its taking place in the horn of Africa.People who are willing to help are in specific Bob Marley because he was gonna sing for the people the international community, and Mercy corps, oxfam America, shelter box, Americares Samaritans, purse care, red Croce, and red crescent, Islamic relief, worldwide, operation  USA and ECT. It is current so not so long ago. It's happening to the people because there poor and they cant afford food and don't have any money so there suffering. Devistating Tornado

As Hurricane Irene's winds roar through Arlington National Cemetery, Tomb Sentinel 3rd Infantry Regiment (The Old Soldier) guards the Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier. He walks back & forth without fault. It is August 27th, 2011, & a lone soldier with bravery, courage, & respect guards the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The U.S. Military & Navy Seals provide these kind of honorable soldiers for the guard. It is a huge duty & only a few are honorable enough to do it. This is one of the most brave & courages things i have ever seen in my life. I hope that we can provide these kind of soldiers as long as we can.
