NBA Cares

As we all know NBA cares donates their time about every day. The average donations that they give to charity is about 100 million dollars. They also give children the chance to have fun with them. Another thing they help out with is help to make homeless people homes. This is big because most of the people they help out is either poor or have kids and can not afford houses. So that is how NBA Cares helps out the nation.

Our Goal..
In an effort to help my students recognize the news media tendency toward shock and fear reporting, I have introduced a project to help students look for the good in society. They have created presentations on local, state, national and global incidents of kindness. Next they created a blog post on their favorite example of people doing good things for society. I like to see when athletes who are so well-paid are able to share their resources with others in need.
I didn't no the NBA donated so much money for those kids. That is a really sweet thing to do for those kids that are homeless.
NBA Cares is a great donation because the NBA is such a big organization. Helping out the homeless and poor is one of the greatest deeds a person can do.
WAY TO GO
This is a good foundation for kids i was in this foundation and i meet Carmelo Anthony and Rodney White from the Denver Nuggets
This is a real good way to see that the NBA players actually aren't selfish, some people think they are because they are rich.

I think that NBA donating all that money really helps children with problems. NBA players seem very self centered on the court but now I know im wrong
