The United Nations World Food Program and the Red Cross is helping by giving food and water. 2,000,000 residences in Tripoli faced increasingly dire shortages of food and water. People in the European Union said that Gadhafi forces closed the water pumping stations in Jebel Hassouna. People can help by sending food to the United Nations World Food Program and this is current.
