Why U.S. Aid Workers Refuse to Give Up.
:) Right now in Haiti, U.S. aid workers from Can-Do are working hard to try to help the people and kids that were affected by the earthquake that happened in 2010. Some orphanages are completely out of resources and food.Haiti is struggling with tent cities, the scarce of the basic necessities, and a cholera epidemic that killed more than 3,000 people. During the earthquake almost 4,000 schools were destroyed. All the affects that the earthquake gave the people in Haiti with not a lot of food or resources is still happening today. The founder of Can-Do, Eric Klein, is helping build homes, donate food, and just helping the people in Haiti get back to where they were before the devastating earthquake.
